Fresh Air Fridays sessions in west Berkshire and north hampshire
Time and space outside with like-minded people to explore a range of topics that support your wellbeing and allow you to create the balance you need to live a happy, healthy life.
I run Fresh Air Fridays walking and self development groups that meet in and around Silchester and Newbury in Berkshire and Basingstoke in Hampshire. |
My Fresh air fridays groups
What happens in a Fresh Air Fridays Session?
Fresh Air Fridays sessions last for approximately three hours and include:
We stop at the mid-point of the session for refreshments. Attendance at your first session is free so that you can experience Fresh Air Fridays and find out if it is something that works for you. After that, you can join our community, attend as many sessions as you like in one month and receive membership benefits. There is an option of an ad-hoc rate for those who are unable to commit to a session every month. |

Benefits of becoming a fresh Air fridays member
As well as being to attend any of my groups, Fresh Air Fridays membership allows you to join in any other Fresh Air Fridays group. There are other local FAF groups in Hampshire and Surrey and wider afield in the UK.
Fresh Air Fridays groups also meet on other days than Fridays - my Basingstoke Group meets on Saturdays. |

Why I love Fresh air fridays
"Many of us live busy and hectic lives, rushing around trying to meet the next deadline, whilst thinking about what’s for dinner or worrying about whether we’re spending enough time with our families. Time for our own development and wellbeing comes way down the list.
Something I do love is being outdoors, taking time and space in the beautiful surroundings of nature always enables me to clear my head, see things from a different perspective and re-connect with my inner creativity. I often solve difficult and nitty-gritty problems that are bothering me after time outside. I now offer Fresh air Fridays sessions as part of my coaching services as , it gives me time every month to spend time with like-minded people and re-connect with nature." |
